What to know before you create — so your video passes verification first time.
Technical requirements
- Format: MP4 or WebM · Max size: 100 MB · Recommended length: 2–10 minutes
- Clear audio matters more than fancy visuals — record somewhere quiet.
What you must not include
- Copyrighted music, video, or images you don't have rights to
- Anyone identifiable on camera without their consent — for under-18s, a parent or guardian must consent
- Branding, adverts, or external links
Getting the level right
- State the subject, level, and topic accurately — verifiers check pitch as well as accuracy.
- One topic per video beats one video covering everything.

After you submit
- Every video is reviewed before going live — target turnaround: 5 working days.
- Not approved first time? You'll get specific, constructive feedback and can resubmit as many times as you like.
